Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Wong Guo Xiang (SSM: 202403246859 / 003648372-T), operating as GX Automation.

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not proceed.

1. Services Provided

GX Automation offers:

• Website design and development
• Search engine optimization (SEO) setup
• AI chatbot integration
• Business automation solutions
• Ongoing maintenance and support

Specific deliverables are defined in the project proposal or invoice shared before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposit: 50% deposit required before work begins
• Balance: Remaining 50% due upon project completion, before final handover
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, DuitNow, or other agreed methods
• Currency: Malaysian Ringgit (RM)

Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may delay project delivery.

3. Project Timeline

Delivery timelines begin after:

• 50% deposit is received
• All required content is provided (text, images, logos)
• Project scope is confirmed in writing

Typical timelines:

• Digital Card & Growth Engine: 1-2 weeks
• Market Dominator: 1-2 weeks
• Fast Track: 7 days guaranteed

Delays caused by late content delivery or scope changes may extend the timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and content
• Respond to requests for feedback within 3 business days
• Ensure you have rights to all content provided (images, text, logos)
• Test the website thoroughly before final approval
• Make timely payments as agreed

5. Revisions & Changes

• Minor revisions: Text changes, color adjustments — included at no extra cost
• Major changes: Layout redesign, new features, additional pages — quoted separately
• Revision window: 14 days after initial delivery

Changes requested after the revision window may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own all custom content, designs, and code created specifically for your project
• You receive full access to website files and admin credentials

GX Automation retains:

• Rights to reusable templates, components, and frameworks
• Right to showcase the project in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise)

7. Hosting & Domain

• Domain: You own your domain. We help you register and configure it.
• Hosting: We set up free hosting (Cloudflare Pages or similar). No monthly fees.
• Ongoing costs: Domain renewal (~RM 50-100/year) is your responsibility.

8. Post-Launch Support

Support periods by package:

• Digital Card: Setup guidance
• Growth Engine: 30 days post-launch
• Market Dominator: 60 days post-launch
• Fast Track: 90 days post-launch

Support includes bug fixes and minor adjustments. New features or major changes are quoted separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

GX Automation is not liable for:

• Third-party service outages (hosting, domain, APIs)
• Loss of business or revenue arising from website issues
• Issues caused by client modifications after handover
• Content accuracy — you are responsible for verifying your content

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within 14 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
