After I complete the first draft of your website, you'll review it. If you don't love the direction:

2. On-Time or It's Discounted
I commit to delivering on time. If I miss the deadline through my own fault:
Fast Track (7-day guarantee)
Late? The entire project is free. 100% refund.
All Other Packages
More than 7 days late? 50% off your total project cost.
Fair play: The clock starts when I have your deposit AND all your content (text, images, logos). Delays caused by late feedback or content don't count against me.
3. Results Guaranteed
Your website will meet these measurable standards within 7 days of delivery:
- ✓ Live & Accessible — Your website is online and working
- ✓ Mobile-Responsive — Looks great on phone, tablet, desktop
- ✓ Fast Loading — Under 1 second on standard connections
- ✓ SEO Basics — Meta titles, descriptions, sitemap configured
- ✓ Contact Working — WhatsApp button or form functional
If any of these aren't met and I can't fix it within 7 days, full refund.
3a. The Speed Guarantee (RM 500 Cash)
I promise your site will load in under 1 second. If it doesn't, I pay you RM 500 cash immediately.
- • Measurement: Google Lighthouse (Desktop) Performance Score > 95 OR Time to First Byte (TTFB) < 0.5s.
- • Scope: Applies to the initial launch version delivered by me.
- • Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply if you request:
- Heavy 3D/WebGL animations (Three.js, Spline).
- Video backgrounds hosted directly (not YouTube/Vimeo).
- Third-party tracking pixels (Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, etc.) which slow down sites by nature.
- Unoptimized high-res images uploaded by you/staff after handover.
4. 14-Day Revision Window
After delivery, you have 14 days of unlimited minor revisions:

5. What's Not Covered
To keep this guarantee fair, these situations don't qualify:
- Client-caused delays: Late content, slow feedback, scope changes
- Third-party issues: Domain registrar problems, hosting outages beyond my control
- Change of mind after approval: Once you approve final delivery, the guarantee period ends
- Bad faith: Attempting to get free work by falsely claiming dissatisfaction
6. Standard Cancellation Terms
Outside of the guarantees above, standard cancellation works like this:
- Before work starts: Full refund of deposit
- During development: Refund calculated based on work completed
- After final approval: No refund (you own all the work)
Refunds processed within 7 business days via bank transfer or DuitNow.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration fees (paid to registrar, you own the domain)
- Third-party software or API costs
- Work already delivered and approved
Why I Offer This Guarantee
Most web designers make you take all the risk. Pay upfront, hope for the best, fight for refunds if it goes wrong.
I think that's backwards. You should have zero risk.
I'm confident I can deliver a website you'll love, on time, that actually works. If I can't, I don't deserve your money. Simple as that.
